They are open to everyone and take place at Great Notley Country Park every Saturday morning at 9am.

There are Junior Parkruns that take place at Great Notley on Sundays which also starts at 9am.
If you want to go along and see what it’s all about then there are plenty of volunteer roles that need covering for parkrun to take place each week.
