Mental Elf 2025 Festive Fun Walk/Run at Weald Country Park
Get ready to jingle all the way at Mental Elf - a merry 2.5 or 5k walk/run that's all about festive fun, community spirit and raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing.
This feel-good event brings people together to move, laugh and connect, while supporting a great cause.
Whether you're walking, jogging or dancing your way around the course, you'll be spreading joy and promoting the power of physical activity for a healthier mind.
The festive route will be taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Weald Country Park, which is well known for its deer park and Stick Man trail. It's a non-competitive event open to all ages and abilities.
Festive fancy dress will be much encouraged - so dust off those elf ears or hats. There's even a prize for the best dressed Elf, so bring your cheer and show us your most creative Christmas look. Let's come together, have fun and make a difference in our local community.
