Gardening Guardians: Volunteer events at JMT

Got a few minutes to spare to help Jaywick Martello Tower? Come help us remove weeds and plant a legacy.

Join our work party to remove weeds from around the tower and replant the area with flowering ground cover to protect the Tower, help support wildlife, and improve the visitor experience.

The work party will be held by Tower Assistant, Lelia Ferro who is passionate about local wildlife and plants, and worked as a volunteer at Fingringhoe Nature Reserve.

We have some tools for you to use but feel free to bring your own, refreshments provided!
