Essex Outdoors Harlow: Stand Up Paddle Board Taster Session
Fun, challenging and great for fitness, Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs) have it all.
The aim of the club is to allow anyone to come and try this new activity. No prior experience is necessary as you will be introduced to the skills and techniques required by our qualified and friendly coaches.
Sessions are for adults and children aged eight-years-iold and over (parents can remain on site or drop off/pick up).
We can provide wetsuits on those colder evenings, so please bring swimwear or similar to wear underneath. When the evenings become warmer, we would recommend wearing appropriate shorts and t-shirts
Please bring old trainers or water shoes to wear whilst out on the river (not flip flops or crocs, must be closed toe).
All technical equipment including buoyancy aids, paddles, boards and helmets are provided.

The Lock Climbing Wall: Learn to Climb - One Day
This course is recommended for those who want to learn the basics of climbing and how to stay safe on a climbing wall. The course covers all of the basics you will need to be able to climb unsupervised in an indoor climbing wall.
