Jaywick Martello Tower: Climate Theatre Workshop for Adults
Join Wise Ram Theatre for this free drama workshop with Jaywick Martello Tower.
This friendly, engaging workshop brings people together to share ideas, explore their creativity and learn more about telling stories about the climate crisis.
We'll explore the topic of climate change and sustainability through fun and engaging activities and end with creating new stories inspired by myth and legend.
You don’t need to have any experience of theatre, creative writing or be engaged in climate issues - you just need to be interested, supportive and keen to get involved. Feedback for previous workshops includes: "A really nourishing, supportive, playful and welcoming atmosphere".
These workshops will be run by Wise Ram Theatre who make theatre about the climate crisis with humour, nerve and heart.
What you create in these workshops could help inspire a future Wise Ram play!
Suitable for ages 18-years-old and over. No experience necessary.
Funded by Arts Council England Investment Grants.
Location: Meeting Rooms @ Sunspot, Brooklands, Jaywick Sands, Essex, CO15 2JE
