Dance Network Association: Babies in the Barn
Come and join FREE movement classes for babies and adults at Cressing Temple Barns.
These FREE classes are designed specifically for newborn babies up to the age of one and their mum, dad, parent or carer.
The sessions support new parents and carers to come together, bond with their babies and meet new friends in a relaxed non- judgmental environment. During class you will have the opportunity to relax as a parent/carer in your own body whilst having the opportunity to learn things such as baby massage, skin to skin contact, babies response to touch and sensitivity receiving touch.
Refreshments provided.
