• You should be in good health to participate. If you think your health could be at risk or that you could make any condition you have worse, please do not participate.
  • If you are injured while using Sky Ropes, tell a Sky Ropes instructor before leaving the area.
  • Sky Ropes operates in sunny, windy and wet conditions. There is no shelter available. Please come dressed for the weather.

Sky Ropes Adventure Rules

Customers must:

  • be at least 1.22m (4ft) tall and no more than 2.03m (6ft 8in). Children over 1m (3ft 3in) tall can take part if accompanied by a responsible adult - one adult per child. The adult needs a separate ticket.
  • weigh less than 136kg (21.5 stone).
  • safely fit in the harness.
  • wear suitable flat shoes. No flip flops, open-heeled or open-toed shoes. Shoelaces must be tied.
  • be in good health. Sky Ropes is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have a neck, back or heart problem or who have had recent surgery.

We will not let you participate if we think you don’t meet these requirements.

Before you go on Sky Ropes you must:

  • empty your pockets and leave loose items, like mobile phones and cameras, in the lockers provided. We accept no responsibility for any property lost or damaged.
  • make sure glasses are secure - you can buy a lanyard, or strap to hold glasses on, from us if needed.
  • listen to the safety briefing.

While on Sky Ropes:

  • you must not eat, drink or chew gum.
  • only one person is allowed on each activity at a time except where a child is being assisted by an adult.
  • you must not run, jump or hang by the safety harness.
  • you must not behave in a way which we think is unsafe or makes anyone else feel uncomfortable.
  • keep the rope in front of you and between your shoulders at all times.
  • do not touch the overhead tracking system or tamper with your harness or rope.
  • obey any instructions given to you by staff.
  • leave the course immediately at the end of your session.

If you do not comply with these rules you will have to leave.

Customers on Sky Ropes Junior must:

  • be under 1.22m (4ft) tall.
  • be aged 2 or older.
  • be accompanied by an adult at all times - one adult per child.
